A: That’s easy. Just call or email us and we will schedule a time to meet you onsite. Pick a service schedule and you’re all set!

A: If your greenbelt or dog run has an odor, we can spray it with a disinfecting, odor eliminating spray.

Q: Is my pets waste bad for the environment?
A: Yes, if left unattended your pet waste can seep into the local water table and contaminate lakes, rivers and in Southern
California our storm drains lead right into the ocean.

Q: How do I make a payment?
A: We bill out once a month and you can pay by check or we have an automated billing system via credit card.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee?
A: Yes, we have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with any aspect of our service, we will be back out to fix the issue within 24 hours or its free.

Q: How many bags do I need to order?
A: None, with our service we keep your bags fully stocked and the trash empty.

Q: How often will you service our community?
A: We can design a custom service schedule specifically for your community. Once a week, twice a week or daily service can be arranged.

Q: Do we get service on Holidays?
A: We know that holidays can increase the usage of parks and greenbelts, thus increasing the amount of waste. While, we don’t work on holidays, we can will alter your service day to ensure a stocked and clean waste station.

Q: Will we get service if it’s raining?
A: Yes, unless the weather condition are unsafe, we will service your account rain or shine.

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are fully insured and approved vendors with most major management companies.
